Secretary - As Defined by the Church Constitution

The secretary shall be elected annually, however, no limit shall be placed on the number of terms one may serve.  It is the duty of the secretary to attend, or be represented at all church business meetings and to keep an accurate record of all business transactions; he shall issue letters of transfer as authorized by the church and shall see that an accurate roll of the church membership is kept. The secretary upon termination of his service shall release all records and church property in his possession to New Elam Christian Church.
